Andy Maddock

Andy started his career as a self employed builder where he learned techniques that he has been able to transfer to the drawing board. After two nasty football injuries he decided that an office based career was needed, He joined the detailing firm that Michael was managing at the time and he hit the ground running. Andy's attention to detail along with his experiences from his general building days helped Andy take a design and deliver the end product that would ease our clients site erecting experiences whilst keeping to a very high standard.

Michael Cornish

Director/Operations Manager

Michael started his career at a small local structural engineering firm in Tavistock as an apprentice and made his mark in becoming a well rounded draughtsman whilst studying his ONc in Civil Engineering. After a couple of years using Autocad Michael was introduced to Tekla structures (3D Modelling Steel Software) of which he took a real liking to. He soon found himself naturally teaching and managing his collegues to get the best results for the company.
